I had a mixed experience at Havona Boutique Hotel. While the room was clean and well-kept, I faced quite a bit of frustration with the self-check-in process. it didn't go smoothly at all. Additionally, the lack of a responsive front desk staff during the night left me a bit disappointed. Overall, the cleanliness was a bright spot, but service could definitely use improvement.
